COORG is the earlier name of KODAGU. Coorg is a tiny district in the State of Karnataka and is one of the beautiful Hill Stations in India.

On one side of the Brahmagiri, there is a Lord Vishnu Temple called as Thirunelli Temple. This temple was built with 30 Granite Pillars that resembles ancient Indian architectural style. It is believed that this Thirunelli Temple was built by Lord Brahma himself.
DUBARE ELEPHANT CAMP is located on the banks of Kaveri River. It is well known place for training Elephants. Dubare is an Island formed by Kaveri River.
